“I’ve learned that you can’t love rainbows but hate the rain they come from.”- Rudy Francisco
I'm based in Los Angeles, and I offer online therapy services throughout the state of California.
What clients often say in their therapeutic work with me:
I finally understand what it means to love myself
It feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders
It feels empowering
I know I can do hard things
I deserve to be taken care of
Even though things aren’t perfect, I’m ok with that
It feels like for the first time, I can just, be
I don’t need to be so hard on myself
I am proud of myself
Therapy with me
Standard Session Rate
My current rate is $185 per 50 min session for an individual session
*I accept HSA payments and can offer a superbill for PPO reimbursement. I do not take insurance at this time. I also work with Mentaya, which will automatically file out-of-network claims for you and help you potentially get partial reimbursement for my services.
Therapy is the BEST investment you can make for yourself. The tools, insight, and care that you will gain is transformational. This healing and transformation is lifelong and will inform all aspects of your life. However, if you are in a difficult financial situation, I offer sliding scale spots on a short-term basis and upon proof of need.
It’s time to shatter the stigma
Good Faith Estimate Notice to clients and prospective clients:
Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
